Quitting a bad habit lifts your mood, gives you more time to focus on what you enjoy and increases your sense of wellbeing and happiness.
First and foremost, we are all habitual creatures. Any automatic behaviour that we have learned to do repetitively, overtime, becomes a habit. Therefore all habits are subconscious as we just would not have the time to consciously think about how to do all of them all of time. Imagine if you had to think about how to walk? Move your arm? Smile? Do you remember that first driving lesson before your driving skills became habitual?
Therefore, if you have a habit you want to change then hypnotherapy is the best way to do it. As when you are in an hypnotic state it can allow us to talk directly with the subconscious and simply alter it. Sometimes this can be straight forward and the habit can be altered in 1 session, and other, more complex habits may require looking at where the phobia has come from so may require a little longer.
